I really need to get into the habit of falling asleep before 1 AM.
Went to Ikea today, the thing about Ikea is that it makes me envious of all the model rooms, you know, those "show rooms"...and I get really antsy with ideas for decorating rooms or re-designing our kitchen, of course as soon as I get home none of that ever happens...but it is alot of fun to imagine I live in those model apartments, or pretend I own a cool space-age kitchen.
I saw the most heartbreaking, inspiring documentary on TLC...about this five year old boy from Indonesia. Poor guy, he had a gigantic tumour inside his face and it just kept growing, he could hardly breathe, and he had no vision in his right eye. You could not even see his facial features. Perhaps the most heartbreaking thing about this was that he knew that he was different from other kids, and he cried about it. His dad flew him to Taiwan to undergo surgery, and the doctors-omg, the heros- they performed four operations and he looked SO much better. Of course he will never look completely normal again, but at least he will physically function better...and the pressure was released from his optic nerve, so he could see again! They didn't expect him to ever regain that eyesight, and he did. The kid is such a fighter, such a trooper...it really is unfair what some people have to deal with. Really puts things into perspective.
Now that I am finished with my Oprah moment, I will be heading to sleep now. I am exhausted. Night night

Hey there
Hi, hi,How goes it?
Just a quick question. You know the teacher from the Actors Workshop that we did, the one who was in the Fringe Festival, and starred in that fish movie? What was her name again? She wrote it down for me, but all I can make out is that it starts with the letter C and perhaps there is an A in there.
Or do you remember the name of the fish movie or the documentary?
Thanx a mil,
